Dilshan Sivalingam Joins Growing Executive Roster to Scale Partner-Driven Business

ZscalerZscaler is continuing to accelerate its momentum in the region with the appointment of Dilshan Sivalingam as the company’s first ever Alliance and Channel Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Melbourne, Dilshan will be responsible for developing and maturing the Zscaler channel in line with the company’s growth strategies across Australia and New Zealand.  At the same time, he will be responsible for growing mutually successful relationships between Zscaler and its broad ecosystem of global and local managed service providers, tier-1 systems integrators, and the channel community at large, to help them sell, deploy and service Zscaler’s cloud cyber threat security solutions.

Dilshan joins Zscaler with 18 years’ experience in the IT industry.  He was previously National Business Development Manager & Strategic Partner Manager at Enghouse Interactive where he was responsible for all direct and channel sales revenue and sales activities in the region.

Prior, he was Regional Sales Manager & Partner Business Manager at ShoreTel during which time he delivered programs that enabled the company’s B2B channel to achieve profit and revenue targets.  In addition, he worked with the company’s business partners and tier-1 carriers to develop joint strategic business plans and drive mutual business success.

Dilshan was also previously Director of Consultancy Practice at CommUnifi, a niche consultancy specialising in technology projects in telecommunications, network, wireless and software.  He also worked at NEC Australia in a variety of roles over a ten year period commencing in technical assistance before ultimately being promoted to National Operations Manager with responsibility for supporting all facets of NEC’s strategic business partner program across Australia and New Zealand.
