Exabeam Apppoints Andrew Balestrieri as Regional Sales Manager

Cybersecurity company Exabeam has appointed Andrew Balestrieri as regional sales manager for Southern Region Australia and New Zealand. Balestrieri is based in Melbourne.

He joins Exabeam with three decades of IT and cybersecurity industry sales experience and will be responsible for account management and driving sales of Exabeam AI-powered cybersecurity solutions in Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, South Australia and New Zealand.

Balestrieri was previously APJ sales director for Broadcom Enterprise Security Group for three years, during which time he revitalised the Symantec and Carbon Black brands post-acquisition and focused on supporting new business momentum among the region’s top enterprise and public sector accounts.

Prior, Balestrieri worked at Ricoh Australia for eight years as team lead – IT services, driving the overall continued success of the company’s global ICT managed services business unit, incorporating managed IT services, data centre services, engineering solutions, consulting and technology procurement services.

Earlier in his career, he was a senior business development Manager at Macquarie Telecom in Sydney and also worked in both Ireland and the UK for over a decade in business development roles for organisations including Digital Island, LeT Systems and Hibernia Atlantic.
