NiCE closes acquisition of Cognigy

NiCE has announced the successful closing of its acquisition of Cognigy following receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

Cognigy conversational and agentic AI will be integrated with NiCE’s purpose-built CX AI models across CXone Mpower, delivering intelligent experiences across customer touchpoints, from the contact centre to enterprise-deep workflows.
