Canberra-based technology and transformation services firm xAmplify has acquired Western Australia-based Accelerate IT Solutions, a ServiceNow specialist.
The deal establishes xAmplify’s presence in Western Australia, with plans to open an office in the state, and takes the combined business to more than 250 employees across five locations, according to the company.
xAmplify said the acquisition would strengthen its capability to support enterprise and government organisations with larger, more strategic transformation programs nationally.
The company said it was its third acquisition in just over a year, following CTO Group in August 2025 and Green Cloud Consulting in October 2025.
xAmplify CEO Wayne Gowland said the combined business reinforced the company’s long-term vision of building a sovereign Australian technology and transformation partner.
