CustomTec has chosen CA Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) to monitor its entire cloud estate to provide customers with superior levels of managed services and has also signed on as a Member Partner in the CA Advantage Partner Program.
As one of the largest desktop-as-a-service MSPs in Australia, CustomTec maintains a wide infrastructure base that is focused on customers’ core business application requirements and improving the end-user experience.
CustomTec selected CA UIM to monitor its entire cloud estate – encompassing shared and dedicated infrastructure and customer-owned hosted solutions – that it has recently migrated from a disparate system to a new, fully integrated monitoring system.
The new monitoring system will allow early action on alerts, better visibility around risks and incidents, and ultimately faster resolution. By streamlining operational processes, CustomTec can provide the level of service, scalability and flexibility required for business growth. The move will help CustomTec expand its service offering and customer base. CA UIM is an important part of this transition and has already resulted in significant savings in management.

Key features of the CA Advantage Partner Program include improvements to the MSP route-to-market, flexibility and profitability for MSP partners.
