Claroty has appointed James Love (pictured) as Chief Revenue Officer, as the cyber-physical systems security company advances its growth strategy and accelerates investment in AI-driven innovation.
Love joins Claroty with more than 25 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity leadership, specialising in building and scaling go-to-market organisations, strengthening sales execution, and developing partner and alliance ecosystems. His appointment comes as Claroty continues to expand its position as a unified platform for cyber-physical systems protection.
Claroty CEO Yaniv Vardi said Love is joining the company at a pivotal point in its growth. He said Love’s proven ability to scale high-performing sales organisations, develop talent and build strong commercial cultures will be critical as Claroty enters its next phase of expansion.
Most recently, Love served as Chief Revenue Officer at Radiant Logic, where he led the company through a successful exit. Prior to that, he held senior executive roles at Illumio, Imperva, Orca Security and Arxan Technologies, delivering improvements across go-to-market strategy, sales performance and customer engagement in highly competitive cybersecurity markets.
Love said he is joining Claroty at a time when cyber-physical systems security has become a priority for organisations operating mission-critical infrastructure. He said customers increasingly need a trusted source of operational truth and that he is looking forward to extending Claroty’s CPS protection vision to more organisations as the company continues its rapid growth.
The appointment coincides with Claroty’s recent launch of The CPS Library, a first-of-its-kind AI-powered asset catalogue designed to improve visibility and accuracy in tracking cyber-physical system assets. The initiative reflects Claroty’s broader AI innovation strategy as it continues to evolve its platform capabilities.
