Prophecy International has announced it has migrated its entire VMware environment to the cloud using Oracle Cloud VMware Solution, eliminating the need to re-write applications.
This project builds on a long-standing relationship, with Prophecy realising a 1.7x performance improvement and up to 40 percent cost saving when it moved to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) from AWS in 2021 for the eMite SaaS solution. The Oracle Cloud VMware Solution further enables Prophecy to scale its cloud infrastructure as its business expands.
Known for its software products, which includes Snare – one of the few logging solution that pairs well with any Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) System or Security Analytics platform and is trusted by public and private sector organisations worldwide to meet evolving log management requirements including Zero Trust. As well as eMite – a global contact centre analytics solution that combines advanced analytics, data correlation, KPI management and threshold alerting into a single solution.
Moving to the cloud presented a growth opportunity for Prophecy and its existing SaaS applications. Also by migrating on-premises development environments to the cloud Prophecy can scale workloads as needed allowing employees to work from anywhere and access the resources they need, when they need them.
