Synechron has consolidated its Australian operations, bringing together Chamonix IT, Exposé and iGreenData under the Synechron brand as it seeks to expand its local technology consulting footprint.
The three acquisitions were first announced in 2024, and the company said the unification is intended to broaden its capabilities in the Australian technology consulting market.
Synechron said its Australian and New Zealand business now employs more than 1,500 professionals, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra. The company also flagged plans to add more than 100 specialist roles in the first half of 2026.
Alongside the brand consolidation, Synechron announced a new Australian leadership team, naming Scott Grigg as country managing director. Other appointments include Max Sundaram as managing director for banking, financial services and insurance; Kelly Drewett as managing director for enterprise; Tim Coates as head of practices in Australia; and Etienne Oosthuysen as chief technology officer for Australia.

Synechron said its Australian business will focus on secure, end-to-end digital transformation and platform work across sectors including financial services, government, defence, utilities, education and healthcare.
The company said it maintains alliances with vendors including Appian, AWS, Databricks, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow. It also noted that, in October 2025, it expanded its ServiceNow practice in banking and financial services through the acquisitions of RapDev, Calitii and Waivgen.
In a statement, Synechron co-founder and CEO Faisal Husain said the combined teams strengthen the company’s ability to serve the Australian market. Grigg said the local business expects growth to continue as it operates as a single organisation.
