V2 AI has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Nick Williams (pictured) as Partner and Ebony Williams as Director of Alliances, as the consultancy scales its enterprise AI and data transformation capabilities across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
The appointments reflect growing demand from enterprises seeking to operationalise AI through secure modernisation, strong partner ecosystems and outcome-driven delivery models.
Nick Williams joins V2 AI as Partner, focusing on large-scale AI-enabled technology transformation and data modernisation. He brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-year transformation programs, with a particular emphasis on translating emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes. V2 AI said Williams’ background in building high-performing technical teams and overcoming transformation blockers will strengthen its ability to deliver sustained enterprise change.
Prior to joining V2 AI, Williams was a Client Partner at Slalom in Financial Services, where he led major technology and data initiatives for private health insurers and digitally native organisations. He said enterprises must build continuous transformation capability to keep pace with AI, moving beyond one-off programs to frequent cycles of review, build and release.
Ebony Williams joins as Director of Alliances, bringing deep experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships across cloud, data and AI platforms. Her role will focus on aligning partner strategy with customer outcomes, ensuring enterprises can fully leverage technology ecosystems to accelerate AI adoption and value creation.
Williams has led large-scale partner initiatives across cloud and telecommunications environments, including skills uplift programs involving more than 2,000 participants and the development of born-in-the-cloud partnerships backed by multi-million-dollar investments. V2 AI said her experience in linking partner execution to customer success will be critical as enterprises navigate increasingly complex AI platform choices.
V2 AI Founder and CEO Craig Howe said the appointments strengthen the firm’s ability to support CIOs seeking confidence, governance and scale in their AI programs. He said Nick Williams’ delivery expertise and Ebony Williams’ alliance leadership provide complementary capabilities that directly address enterprise needs.
V2 AI works with leading technology platforms including OpenAI, Databricks, AWS, Google and Microsoft, and said demand is increasing for partners that can combine deep technical execution with ecosystem orchestration.
Nick Williams is based in Sydney, while Ebony Williams is based in Melbourne. Their appointments build on V2 AI’s existing partner group as the firm continues to expand to meet rising demand for enterprise-grade AI transformation across the region.
