Cyara has appointed Ben Corser as General Manager and SVP, Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific (APAC), as the company targets regional expansion tied to increased use of AI agents in customer service.

The Melbourne-founded customer experience testing and assurance company said Corser will be based in the region and will lead go-to-market activity across APAC, describing the appointment as part of continued investment in Australia.

In a statement, Cyara CEO Sushil Kumar said the company sees “a significant opportunity” as enterprises rethink how they deploy and govern AI in customer-facing environments.

Corser most recently worked at NiCE and has previously held senior roles at Matterport, SAP, EMC, Nokia and Microsoft, according to the company. Cyara said his experience includes leading cloud and software go-to-market organisations and building partner ecosystems across APAC.

Cyara said it works with some large Australian organisations, including “two of the Big Four banks”, “two of the country’s three national mobile network operators”, and “the country’s largest supermarket retailer”, without naming customers.

Corser’s appointment comes ahead of the Cyara Agentic CX Summit in Melbourne on 8 September, where the company said it will focus on trust and governance challenges as organisations attempt to move AI agents from pilots into production. Cyara Chief Product Officer Amitha Pulijala is scheduled to present on the company’s “Agentic Platform” and observability tools for monitoring AI agent behaviour and compliance.

The company also said it plans to participate in Genesys Xperience APAC in Sydney on 11–12 November, where it will discuss assurance of customer outcomes as AI agents introduce more dynamic customer interactions.
