Empired has appointed Josephine Poirrier to the position of general manager – business applications. In this role, Josephine will be responsible for heading up the application teams, which harness technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and the Power Platform to create and maintain successful business outcomes.
Josephine brings more than 20 years of experience in delivering business applications within organisations such as Infor, Net Suite / Oracle, and Avanade. She was previously Vice President – JAPAC, NetSuite, and Growth Markets business applications lead at Avanade. Josephine has also held the position of Director of Services at Infor for the Asia-Pacific region. At these organisations, she had a significant role in creating incredible growth year-on-year. Most recently, she was General Manager at Armourcard International.
