Ingram Micro has joined the Oracle Cloud Distribution Program in Australia, expanding local reseller access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related AI, data and database technologies.
The companies said the agreement is aimed at supporting Australian partners to build Oracle-focused cloud practices and respond to increased demand for cloud modernisation and AI adoption, particularly among small and midsize businesses.
Under the arrangement, Ingram Micro Australia will provide access to OCI and Oracle’s broader enterprise technology portfolio, along with sales and technical resources, partner recruitment and enablement, and demand-generation activities. Ingram Micro also plans to use its AI-powered Xvantage platform to help partners identify and manage Oracle opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

Oracle regional managing director for Australia and New Zealand Stephen Bovis said the collaboration would extend access to OCI through Ingram Micro’s partner ecosystem. “By working with Ingram Micro, we are extending access to OCI through one of Australia’s largest technology partner ecosystems,” he said.
Ingram Micro’s director for Advanced Solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity & AI, Kaaren Lewis, said the relationship would cover infrastructure, AI, data, databases, applications and multicloud approaches, alongside partner enablement and go-to-market support.
