Intuit QuickBooks has acquired Australian business OneSaas. Based in Sydney, OneSaas was founded in 2010 by Corneliu Tusnea, who is also the current chief technology officer. Its team has a decade of ecommerce data integration experience providing omnichannel sales data automation for accounting, fulfillment, inventory management, marketing applications, and their customers. OneSaas has been a partner of Intuit and part of the QuickBooks App Store since 2014.

Lars Leber, Vice President and Country Manager Intuit QuickBooks Australia:

Sydney is fast becoming a hub for technology and we are proud that our global search has resulted in the acquisition of Australian-based business, OneSaas.

We see immense opportunity in the APAC region – in September 2020 we acquired Singapore based TradeGecko and together with OneSaas, we will be able to accelerate our ability to scale QuickBooks Commerce to our customers around the world.

On background, QuickBooks Commerce will first be available to US based customers, with high priority international markets to follow.
