LogicMonitor has released new platform packages that include its Edwin AI capabilities and LogicMonitor Digital Experience tools across all three licensing tiers, bringing AI-driven operations and digital experience monitoring into standard offerings.
The company said the packages combine LogicMonitor Envision, Edwin AI and LogicMonitor Digital Experience, including Synthetics and Internet Sonar, under a single licensing model. LogicMonitor positioned the changes as a way for IT teams to improve visibility across complex environments, detect issues earlier and move toward “governed automation” with human oversight.
Garth Fort, chief product officer at LogicMonitor, said, “IT teams don’t need more separate observability tools with AI bolted on; they need a connected operating model.”
“Every package now brings LogicMonitor Envision, Digital Experience and Edwin AI together, with included allowances that scale by tier, so teams can start with connected visibility and advance toward governed automation at their own pace, with people in control.”
LogicMonitor introduced its Hybrid Unit metric and platform packages in September 2025, describing Hybrid Units as a way for customers to measure monitoring across their IT environments. The company said it has sold more than 826,000 Hybrid Units since launch, and that more than 90 per cent of new customers this year have chosen platform pricing, including enterprise and managed service provider customers.
The updated platform tiers are LM Essentials, LM Advanced and LM Signature. LogicMonitor said Edwin AI’s event intelligence, automation, AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) access are covered by an AI Credit allowance, while Digital Experience includes Synthetics and Internet Sonar, with points and storage varying by tier.
Under the packaging described by LogicMonitor, LM Essentials includes 20 AI Credits and 100 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 120 days of Synthetics storage; LM Advanced includes 75 AI Credits and 250 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 13 months of Synthetics storage; and LM Signature includes 150 AI Credits and 500 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with three years of Synthetics storage.
The company said the new packages are available now.
