M-Files appoints Karthik Shankar as channel sales engineer for Australia and New Zealand

M-Files Corporation has appointed Karthik Shankar as channel sales engineer – Australia and New Zealand to solve business and technical challenges, and build relationships with partners and customers in the region.

Shankar has more than 13 years’ experience in IT systems and solutions. Prior to joining M-Files, Shankar was a technical consultant at Konica Minolta Australia, where he developed strategy for customer projects, led on solving issues for customers, and provided support throughout the sales process. Before this, Shankar was a senior solutions analyst at Toshiba Australia, providing technical support for the sales team. He started his career at IBM as a client technical specialist then as an IT analyst at Fresenius Kabi.
