Zoom Communications has announced the appointment of Frank Skiffington as Head of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) for Zoom, effective immediately. Skiffington will be responsible for driving market strategy, deepening customer and partner engagement, and expanding adoption of Zoom as an AI-powered system of action across the small and medium-sized business (SMB) and enterprise segments. Based in Sydney, Skiffington will report to Zoom’s Head of APAC and EMEA, Steve Rafferty.
“Frank brings deep regional expertise and a strong track record of helping organisations transform how they connect, collaborate and deliver meaningful outcomes,” said Rafferty. “He will be instrumental in expanding Zoom’s customer base across ANZ, accelerating partner-ledgrowth and driving SMB adoption, while continuing to support our enterprise customers to work faster and smarter by moving conversations into outcomes with the Zoom platform.”
With more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing sales and channel teams responsible for defining and executing scalable strategies across the UK, ANZ, Asia Pacific and the Americas, Skiffington’s leadership has been shaped by significant shifts in technology, informing a data-driven approach for go-to-market strategies. He has held senior leadership positions with telecommunications and technology companies including Secureco, Cogent and Mitel, and his expertise spans unified communications, SaaS and managed services.
Skiffington’s focus in the role will be strengthening Zoom’s partner-first mindset and advancing adoption across ANZ of next-generation workplace and customer experience solutions that help organisations move beyond transactional interactions to build stronger customer relationships.
