
Cybersecurity company Claroty has appointed Amir Preminger as its chief technology officer. In his role as CTO, Preminger will continue to lead Claroty’s research group, Team82, while expanding his impact by driving innovation across the company’s products and services, strengthening the link between technology and business growth.
He will also focus on ensuring customer insights drive product development to stay ahead of market needs and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and experimentation to accelerate innovation.
“As CTO, Amir’s deep technical expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to bridge customer needs with technology will be instrumental in driving our next phase of growth and strengthening our leadership in CPS security,” said Claroty CEO Yaniv Vardi.
Preminger is an experienced cybersecurity researcher, who founded Team82 and guided its innovative strategic direction and establishing it as the premier vulnerability and threat research team focused exclusively on CPS. Before Claroty, he spent almost a decade in one of the Israel Defense Force’s elite technological units, where he played a key role in the research and development of advanced cyber solutions across multidisciplinary domains.
