HPE has announced a definitive agreement to acquire RedPixie, a UK-based leading provider of cloud consulting, application development and migration services for enterprises looking to move workloads to public cloud. RedPixie will become part of HPE’s existing Advisory & Professional Services business, within the HPE Pointnext division.
At HPE Pointnext, we help customers simplify hybrid IT and build the right environment to deliver business outcomes. Our clients ask us to evaluate their IT strategy, determine the right environment for each workload and then execute their transitions to any cloud environment that works for them, an on-premises data center, or more likely, a mix of the two. RedPixie’s cloud consulting, application development and migration services for cloud environments will strengthen the HPE Pointnext hybrid IT consulting expertise. Together, we will be able to provide our customers with a comprehensive hybrid IT strategy, including private, managed, and public clouds, as well as traditional IT, that will help them build new digital experiences and drive better business outcomes now and into the future.
