Boomi and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership, aiming to make it easier for customers to move and synchronise data between the ServiceNow AI Platform and external systems, including Snowflake and RaptorDB.
Under the agreement, Boomi will be a launch partner for the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program, which is intended to allow organisations to access Boomi’s integration and data activation capabilities from within ServiceNow. The companies said the arrangement is designed to extend ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric beyond ServiceNow-hosted data, enabling teams and AI agents to work with real-time information across multiple enterprise systems.
In the release, ServiceNow vice president of Data & Analytics Product Ecosystem Pramod Mahadevan said the companies aim to simplify multi-system integration and reduce the cost of activating data for workflows running on ServiceNow’s AI Platform.
Boomi said the partnership focuses on three areas: connecting data across enterprise systems external to ServiceNow; synchronising master data through Boomi Data Hub to support ServiceNow workflows and agents; and enabling “ServiceNow Zero Copy” by moving data from legacy and hybrid environments into modern data sources such as Snowflake and RaptorDB.
The companies also said they are simplifying procurement and deployment through a “unified commercial model”, positioning it as a way to reduce friction for customers adopting both platforms.
The release included a customer case study from Lightedge. Michael Gallagher, CIO at Lightedge, said the combined approach allowed the organisation to replace multiple legacy integration tools, consolidate its architecture, and support an “AI-first” CRM and integration strategy.
The announcement comes as many enterprises explore agentic AI and automation initiatives that depend on broader access to operational data across disconnected systems. The partnership is intended to address integration and data-access constraints that can limit how AI-driven workflows operate outside individual platforms.
Steve Lucas, chairman and CEO of Boomi, said the companies are focused on enabling customers to activate and govern data across the systems running their businesses.
